I walk from my house to the nearest train station and back for about 40 minutes every day. In order to avoid wasting my time, I have subscribed to a book reading service called Audible which costs 1500 yen a month.

The other day, I happened to find out about another service called Audiobook, and the monthly fee was only 880 yen. It seems that there is no difference in the quality of service, so I will subscribe to the cheaper one.

In every field, I think we need to research and differentiate ourselves on the premise that users will compare us on the quality of our service.

私たちが提供するサービスも同様で、自分のフィーを下げたくなかったらクオリティをめっちゃ上げるか差別化しないと生き残れないよなぁと改めて感じたのでした。
