At the end of last year I took a test to become a yoga and meditation instructor. I had received the result yesterday and fortunately, I passed it. One of my dreams came true!!

「指導者になりたい！」と強く願っていた分野なので、とても嬉しいです😊
隠ヨガも含まれる非常に奥深い分野なので、これからも学び続けます🧘♀️
