I attended coach Yuka’s class.
She was one of the first Japanese coaches when Orangetheory Fitness started in Japan🍊
She was so kind and her coaching method was easy to understand, so me and my workout buddies were able to enjoy the workout with ease and confidence.
I realized that I still have a lot to learn from her, so I plan to go back to Aobadai Studio again!
