Yesterday, I attended coach Tadashi’s class before my classes.
The theme of yesterday’s classes was “Inferno”. We took a big challenge and recorded the result in an app.
During the weight training time, I was able to work on the target muscles more than usual thanks to the accurate guidance of coach Tadashi💪

結果がアプリに反映されるワークアウトでした。
いや〜、前半がめちゃくちゃキツかったので後半は楽かと思いきや、後半もキツかった😵
でも終わってしまえば『楽しかった』に変わるのが🍊マジック✨
