Last Monday, I was assigned to teach members of Orangetheory Fitness Mitaka.
There were only two staff members in the studio this morning, Nanoka and me.
Nanoka did the work for three people, so I could concentrate on coaching with confidence.
Nanoka is always energetic, so working with her always makes me feel good.
And her dance is so adorable. 🙂

でもオープン準備から除菌清掃、お出迎えまでNanokaさんがぜ〜んぶ完璧にこなしてくれるので、私は安心してクラス進行に集中できるんです😊
いつもパワフルで時々おちゃめなダンスを踊ってくれるNanokaさん、もうすっかり三鷹ファミリーですね🍊✨
