Yesterday I was assigned to teach members of the gym at Orangetheory Fitness Mitaka.

The studio Manager Ryuhei, Head Coach Miki, and Fuchi-san participated in the class.

They gave me a lot of feedback after the class.
I wrote down the feedback yesterday and I look at the comments every day.
I want to improve and become a better coach.
