January 9th is the coming-of-age day in Japan! Since that day is a public holiday, one of my online Pilates lessons will be 15 minutes longer than usual. From 13:30 to 14:30 I will be in charge of a Pilates class on Jexer Fitness TV. We are looking forward to your participation!
